Insolvency Law and Practice – the Impact of Reforms in Armenia and Beyond

Join us on 25 September at 11:00 AMT for a discussion on recent amendments to Armenia’s Insolvency Laws and international insolvency trends.

Please register here to attend.

Our virtual webinar will explore the recent insolvency law reforms in Armenia and discuss the objectives of the amendments with speakers from the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council.

The second part of the webinar will focus on the latest international initiatives in the field of insolvency and restructuring by the EBRD and international consultant Dr. Paul Omar, with a particular emphasis on supporting businesses at risk of insolvency.

This event is the first of a two-part series of webinars organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia. The first webinar addresses the impact of insolvency law reforms in Armenia and highlights the key areas where changes have been made in Armenia and internationally. The second webinar to be held in early November explores the regulation of the insolvency practitioner profession and the increasing role of technology in insolvency proceedings.
