Victor is HAP’s counsel for international arbitration and dispute resolution practice. Victor has extensive experience in CIS related disputes arising out of M&A, shareholders’ disputes, mining, oil & gas, international sale of goods (commodities and machinery), services and construction contracts.

Victor represented clients in arbitrations under the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKAS), ad hoc and others. He has also received appointments as arbitrator on domestic and international level.
